View:55In order to further simplify the enterprise declaration column and optimize the goods clearance process, according to the requirements of the General Administration of Customs Announcement No. 30 of 2024 (Announcement on Adjusting the Declaration Requirements of Import and Export Goods Declaration Form), the "single window" goods declaration system of international trade was updated at 23:30 on April 9. This update contains the following:
Customs declaration (including low value Express Cargo Declaration)
1. Delete the three columns of "inspection and quarantine acceptance authority", "port inspection and quarantine authority" and "license authority".
2. Adjust the column name of "Destination Inspection and Quarantine Office" to "Destination Customs", and fill in the 4-digit customs code of the corresponding destination customs in the Customs Code Table.
3. The column name of "Inspection and Quarantine Name" will be adjusted to "Supervision category Name", and the filling requirements will remain unchanged.

Application for exit/ENTRY INSPECTION and QUARANTINE

Repair and withdrawal order
The application for repair and withdrawal of customs declaration declared before April 10 shall still be made in accordance with the requirements for filling in the original customs declaration, and the application for repair and withdrawal of customs declaration declared after April 10 shall be made in accordance with the requirements for filling in the latest customs declaration.
