I. Certificate of origin
If Vietnamese customers request, they can apply for two types of certificates of origin, General CO or China-ASEAN Certificate of Origin FORM E. The China-ASEAN Certificate of Origin FORM E can be applied.
Among them, the China-ASEAN Certificate of Origin FORM E can enjoy preferential tariff treatment. This type of certificate of origin to the Commodity Inspection Bureau or the Council for the Promotion of International Trade for issuance, but need to be filed first; if there is no filing, you can also find an agent to issue it, provide the packing list and invoice can be, about one working day to issue the certificate.
And the requirements to do FORM E will be a little more strict. 4. Port of Shenzhen to Port of Hai Pong
Using this route will have your cargo starting its journey from Port Shenzhen and proceeding to the South China Sea.
From there, it will move to the Gulf of Tonkin before arriving at port Hai Pong in Vietnam.
This journey will take three days and covers a distance of 636nm.
5. Port of Guangzhou to port Saigon
